What areas do you service?

            We service all of the Los Angeles, Orange, and San Diego Counties.

 What if I’m not satisfied?

            At Got It Maid, we believe our top priority is customer service and satisfaction. If you are unhappy with an area that was to be cleaned, please call us within 24 hours and we will send someone back out to clean the area free of charge..

What if your maid breaks something in my home?

Our maids are trained to treat your home with much respect and care. If there is an incident where something is broken, please contact us immediately, so we can repair or replace the item.

How can I pay for your services?

The simplest way to pay is leave a check made out to Got It Maid Cleaning Services. We also accept cash and all major credit cards.

What are the rates? (cost?)

            There are many factors that come in when generating a rate for a home. We take into consideration your specific needs, so we are able to provide you with the best cleaning schedule and price!

How do your prices compare to other services?

            We are very proud to say that we are one of the most reliable and affordable cleaning services in Orange County. We usually charge by the hour, but offer our regular clients a standard rate!

Do I have to sign a contract?
            In most cases, you are not obliged to sign any contract. We let our work speak for itself.

What is the cancellation policy?

            We need a 72 hour cancellation notice, or $25 cancellation fee will apply.

What if my cleaning falls on a holiday?

            We will call you in advance to reschedule for a earlier or later date

Safety and Service Procedures

How do you screen your maids?

            To maintain our high quality standards, our maids are prescreened intensively with background checks and we verify that each candidate has the appropriate documentation to work legally in the country.

Are your maids trained and supervised/monitored?

            Our maids are thoroughly trained in the classroom, and with tons of practice through practical sessions. There is always an experienced supervisor sent to each home The supervisor checks the works of our maids and is there to make sure your needs are met.

Do you bring your own supplies?

            Yes we bring all our own sanitized cleaning supplies and equipment. We told you- you don’t have to worry about a thing!

Will I have the same maid every time?

            Yes, we will always try to maintain the same supervisor and team for you each time.

How many maids clean my home?

            There are two to four maids at each home, depending on the size and condition.

How are my keys handled?
           
            Many clients trust us with their keys. These keys are only accessible by the local owner and/or office manager.

Tips & Advice

Do I have to do anything before the cleaning?

            To assure that the time spent at your home is used efficiently, please pick up household items such as clothes and toys off the floors.

Can I tip my maid?

            Although not required, our maids do appreciate your tips.
